I love Winslow Homer's paintings. He hasn't received that much recognition.

I have a walter heubach watercolour thats quite unique, its a painting of an alpen scene, he normally did just animals.

I couldn't resit to post Egon Schiele's art - Agony (The Death Struggle)
It expresses so well the agony on DI forum.


Egon Schiele (12, 1890 – 1918) was an Austrian painter, a protégé of Gustav Klimt, Schiele was a major figurative painter of the early 20th century. His work is noted for its intensity, and the many self-portraits the artist produced. The twisted body shapes and the expressive line that characterize Schiele's paintings and drawings mark the artist as an early exponent of Expressionism.

Used to be really into graffiti - to photo rather then paint myself - I love painting but its more of a hobby then a skill in my case

Thought I'd chip in with some Joan Miro. I'd never really appreciated his paintings until I went to a Miro exhibition. They really are something special when you see them in the flesh

As thor mentioned earlier, one of my favourites is also Giger. Most fascinating of minds and the work he produces is nothing short of brilliant in my opinion.

He's most famous for being the creator of the Alien from the Alien saga and one of Blondie's LP covers.

Albert Gleizes ( 1881 – 1953), was a French artist, theoretician, philosopher, a founder of Cubism and an influence on the School of Paris.
