Yeah he seemed like he was awake during the whole thing, just powerless to stop it. He was probably feeling no pain, and isn't now either.

Anyway, yes, FLAUSA is eff'd up. I miss my home state, but it has become more weird and violent, and I guess Central Texas has had a positive and calming effect.

Something I find particularly curious about this case, is the victim. He was apparently very intelligent before whatever led him into homelessness. And he's been shot before.
