Uuuugh....that made my stomach turn when you said Bristol. Just the other day I was thinking about all those riots in the '80's when I suggested somebody got the Hell's Angels to cruise up and down their street because they are getting hassles off local yobs in Plymouth. I immediately thought of Bristol; as I know the police were quite happy for the HA's to give them 'a hand' at the time.

Another thought has just occured to me. these are vehicles....so they can go 'out on loan' to other constabularies....less obvious, but easy access to places like London and Birmingham too, but not so obvious if the Met don't have them on 'their books'. Anuone know how many they might have?
