Good list, I have to say. I liked a couple of the players who brought a lightheartedness to their game - Summat thorburn, I think, a Canadian who was a really good player but liked a bit of joking with the audience; and Dennis Summat, with the big upside-down glasses who always had a quip or two along the way.

Ahhhhh (apart from the much-fondled-by-psketti O'Sullivan) they dun't make 'em like they used to.

Ronnie's playing Ebdon in this opening round. He hates playing Ebdon.

Ebdon is the man who would take 3 weeks if need be to finish the game... O'Sullivan on the other hand would like to take 3 minutes. Ebdon drives him to despair with his slowness and it puts Ronnie off.

If he loses, I'll be in one stomper of a mood that day.

That's them! I'm glad to hear they're both still in with the game.

Me no like John Virgo - better at talking about the game than playing it; and there's another commentator who was dire at the game and is quite snipey about others' games, can't think of his name either but I think he still commentates. I can't even bear to listen to him. I turn down the sound when he's mewling on and just watch the damned match!
