I could be mistaken, but the more I listen to this, the more it reminds me of an old Police tune on an album I cannot recall.

'82 or '83. Tony Cary performing Why Me?

Note the overt Major Tom, and subtle 2010: A Space Odyssey references. A very cool production. The video was early MTV style and thus kinda weird. I particularly enjoy the bass guitar and heavy drum beat. :)

Donny Iris performs Ah! Leah!. Again, a good bass and heavy drum, a great production. They 80's were nice, but its soul started to perish between '84 - '86. I loved the early, white wall era of videos. :)
