Perhaps we should break it off a bit? I am beginning to glean that the 'duality' thing may just be quite a clever manouevre employed by our brains to help 'us' make sense of shit that we don't understand or like.

There doesn't have to be opposites in order that the universe works in perfect harmony. After all, out there, there isn't even an up or down. They can however help 'us' deal with some "nasty" shades of our selves we'd rather not lay claim to.

It also makes sense of other stuff like night and day, from the perspective of our little planet, I suppose.
