Yep, its much the same stuff. Both have been hugely beneficial to me, though for some reason, I find the Seth stuff easier to integrate. It blows my mind sometimes, in fact.

Id also disagree with the YT blurb above, inasmuch as there were many others talking about the same stuff over various periods in our history.

In fact...and don't tell anyone I said this...there was this bloke called 'Jesus' knocking about a while ago who had some very similar ideas indeed.
