Heliofant is a play on the words hierofant, meaning a sort of priest, someone that passes down hidden/occult knowledge and Helios, the sun/sun god to the greeks. So it implies sun worship and passing on hidden secrets, it's very new age when you think about it.
The spliting of the brain implies two things to me, the first is duality (quite simple really) and the second is the way people have become so focused in the material and ignore the 'higher' things in life like art and good music and spirituality, they are only half people because they don't live in both sides of their brains which is exactly what the elite want.
I've read the the F=-F is Newton, every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
