As for this pseud, I think he's an opportunistic asshole spouting management speak that would make David Brent blink.

The people that fall for this are folks running smaller companies that are suckered in to the fast-talk and sham terminology: Buzz words and bizarre nomenclature.

Everything from his nails and hair to the clothes has all been in the result of meetings and marketing surveys. Nothing about him is spontaneous or genuine. Take for example the edited in use of his i-phone mid sentence.
