I don't know what to do, should I lance it, should I just see what happens, or is it a trip to the vets?

He hasn't had much luck lately, he had measles last week !
It can get very costly, so I should just settle for using a bit of TCP.

In this instance, I think it will have to be lanced, then you'll have to suck it out to be on the safe side. ;)
