I never heard of this guy before, this particular video is the first I ran into he has many more I'm going to check him out.

Sorry you focused on that one word, is that a bad thing in your opinion ,and does that make the video worthless to you?

being honest about my feelings about you it seems you always find the negative in every post of mine , why do you even respond?

I know we really don't get along well so I wonder if this was a knock on me posting this or you really don't like it reason I ask

I prefer to word it as meditation and Alan watts has some great stuff on that

The subject of thought's and how they can make us miserable and really can be useless interested me, like I say I never heard of the guy, if it really was that particular word you didn't agree on my bad and I am apologetic on thinking you were taking a crap on my thread.

Maybe we can end up feeling decent about each other and not having bad vibes......I hope, and really don't have anything against you we just come from different worlds and I don't understand you

Nothing to do with you baron. Just the guy in the video is all, thoughts do not all have to be negative and unproductive for example.

IMHO your intent was to post the vid as a guide to meditation not to stop thinking forever.
I meditate myself and use similar techniques my fave is simply to 'zone out' and it's easier for me to do in an environment with constant background noise oddly enough.

I am around people who have a hostile nature for the most part, even the ones that are friendly, the meanness is right under the surface, that;s why I keep to myself and stay superficial with almost everyone I know, they are for the most part really dumb asses.

Meditation is of interest too me, maybe you can recommend some reading material
