If anything appears to have been established so far it's that the mic was not live.
The audio heard on later versions of the video can be traced to the exchanges at the elevator, not at the podium.

All I hear is general chamber noise being picked up by ambient mics.

Sorry, I'm not taking this very seriously. It is interesting, it's just that without having a recording of what was said in the house, we just have nothing to go on, unless there's a genius lip reader out there. She could just be cursing a blue streak, and that's why they've inserted the audio. She might have said something anti-Republican which isn't in itself hugely controversial but that doesn't fit in with the agenda of Fox. It could be something more sinister. We just don't know.

If she has any sense she'll be saying "this deal is a total joke, you're all a bunch of crooks, the government is totally broke, we're utterly fucked, those of you that aren't crooks and think that things are going to recover are morons."
