I'm quite surprised the tabloids haven't dug something up. Maybe they think more papers can be sold by plucking at people's heart strings, but they usually can't hack people's phones and dig up every conceivable piece of dirt imaginable (as long as it's not anything actually useful or targeted against anyone with real power) fast enough.

But surely no matter how many times the dog was brought to the Scenic, it would not 'mark it' falsely, would it?

Is Jerry proposing that the cops are making it up, surely not, because the whole thing is on YouTube, why would they make up/rig evidence, surely that would then permit other people that have been convicted to have their cases re-examined and also discredit the use of such dogs in future crime scenes.

Surely Jerry would be more interested in how samples of blood etc... were discovered at that car, as a lead to find his missing daughter, rather than to dismiss the evidence as corrupt. (rigged).



To me the dog had only been called back so that it had sniffed around the Scenic properly as it did to the previous cars on that clip, as it was clearly running on too far without sniffing the Scenic properly, it only sniffed the scenic all the way around properly once, and then appeared to 'mark it'.

The whole case was suspicious to me since day one. What parents who are as well off as they are, leaves their children unattended while in a foreign country??

And not trying to sound like a conspiracy nut, they were on vacation during May 1st, which rings alarms for me as well. Yes deep in my heart of hearts, I hope to GAWD they haven't done the unspeakable to Maddie. Its heartbreaking even wrapping my head around the evilness people do to innocent children. But knowing what I know and how the higher ups just are all over it....

What I don't understand is why the McCanns weren't investigated further after the way the cadaver dogs reacted? Or were they?

I haven't kept a close eye on this whole thing, truthfully.

Providing the McCann group remain tight lipped then that will be it, I have a feeling that an odd thing has occurred, because on the recent (a few months back) CrimeWatch UK reconstruction it was presented as an 'abduction'.

However that's a lie, because there is no proof of abduction rather than murder, so it's like tptb are siding with the McCann's.

I assume that it might be a ploy to suck the McCann's (and group) into a false sense of security so that they might slip up.

Amaral's book suggests it was not a murder but a cover-up after an accident at the holiday flat.
As regards the media, they were very anti-McCann at one point but they later backed off. Here is a 2008 article from the Daily Telegraph about the 48 questions Kate McCann refused to answer.

The Daily Mail ran a number of articles throwing doubt on the McCanns' story.

I have not read Amaral's book, is Amaral proposing it was an issue with sedation or a physical accident ?

All i will say is ...gerry is the one who is being protected and his ex-wife is the one who looks like under real pressure with them as the number one suspects and no protection will fold and break , as he is as cold as gordon brown and the links and protection from the so-called establishment are around gerry and what he is involved in with others.....if it is as cold and heartless as a demon..acts like one...it is one...and he is with far more who are terrified of being revealed....well if anything, they need to understand duality works both ways...... not all black....
