I remember that someone was talking about bans in that thread in the Rant Room called "I'm leaving the forum", and then I replied to that post saying that the only way people can get around the ban thing was to become a Premier Subscriber (or something along those lines), then I_am corrected me and told me that there was no such thing, that trolls would get banned even if they were a Premier Subscriber, then I said: "Oh, my bad"...

Anyone remembers Tiswas? Didn't she get a ban a long time ago and then she came back as "starshine" and became a Premier Subscriber? If so, then why didn't she get a ban immediately?
