I am one of the banned.

Certain mods have been gunning for me ever since I publicly nailed a couple of them to the mast in the aftermath of some serious racial abuse that a respected member received.

I attempted on many occasions to use the official channels to raise my concerns about the admin over there and got nowhere. So I regularly commented in public. Went on a few holidays for doing simple things like starting "bring oioioi back" threads and stuff.

Anyway in the end the inevitable ban came via a stitch up. I had sent a PM to another member (speccy) giving them my email address. Sean banned me for this. According to him that constituted. "using the DIF PM service to issue an invitation to a banned forum". Like to see them get that kind of thing through a court ;) That said the admin over there are a kangaroo court so.....

I have never been officially banned but I have been made inactive on several occassions thanks to I_Am she doesn't like me :hide:

When I was more naive I used to send messages to the MODS and admin saying stuff like 'can you not see what this person is doing'

I don't think 'they' I_Am cares there are/were some good people who were mods on DIF ..runlikehell and infidealyork (I sort of know both of them)


I got a point warning though when someone here .......you know who you are....ran off to the MODS to say I didn't think George Carling was funny

Am using the same username due to not giving a whatsit who over there knows that I prefer here. Had the admin team cared a little more about the community and where it was heading then perhaps I would care a little more about 'jumping ship'.

I gave the place enough rope and quite frankly they hung themselves as far as I am concerned.
