Well, it looks like an internet swine flu. :D A couple of years ago, Avalon forum faced many problems. Mods and members were banned. They opened a forum for those who were banned so that they could support each other and vent their frustration. In April, similar scenario was repeated on Nexus 2012 forum. I don’t know details but I read that they had lots of change and drama and a few mods left and opened a new forum. Many members left and the forum is dying. Then, the same has happened at DI forum almost at the same time like on Nexus 2012.
Truth may be stranger that we may imagine.

I want to commend the moderation team for holding it together and not sinking to the depths that others have done on other forums by name calling and accusing people of things they are not guilty of. We have deliberately chosen not to show people the types of extreme hostility we have to deal with on a daily basis. In fact I wanted to post some examples in this very thread of the types of insults that have been levied at me and other moderators both via PM, email, on this forum, and (more predominantly) on other forums. The rest of the team advised me not to, and I'm really glad they did that. We need to rise above the nastiness and vindictiveness others have shown us and be the change we want to see.
