This is why I never use the word 'anarchy' or 'anarchist' because you'll have an impossible job trying to explain to an average person what it's really about.
I see what you're saying, but isn't this essentially saying it's best just to self-censor regarding an entire strain of political thought most people simply are not aware exists? I've explained what anarchy means to loads of "average" people and quite a few of them have been genuinely interested. Though obviously you also get the building hospitals kinda line as well.
I mean, since when did it become too much effort to challenge people to think about stuff??
Irrespective of that, I was under the impression Icke was supposed to be a leading 'researcher' and self-declared authority on the nature of reality itself,. You'd think he'd have at least heard of Kropotkin or something.
No David, bombing people from the air or starving children is not "anarchy". This stuff happens because of governments you buffoon.
If expanding my consciousness leads to the opposite of anarchy, then I'm sorry Mr Icke but your expansion of consciousness can fuck right off
Kind of raises the question - what kind of government does Icke envisage after we all expand our consciousness and the world becomes like one of those Jehovah's Witnesses images?
I don't think much of Philip Schofield, but fair play for pressing Icke on the cash question.
I'm skint me. I live in a one bedroom flat and all the money goes to fund the next time I ask people to pay big money to see me my arse.
