Its quite true what he says about the uber rich simply not needing to spend anything like as much as people expect them to.
Once they start to earn and accrue more than they need then its only benefiting bankers. Its the consumers at the bottom who spend all their money and who have no savings who are the ones who drive the economy, give em more and they'll spend more because they will always have extra things to purchase.

Its obvious to any muppet that if theres no consumers left then business will collapse, so at key here is distribution of wealth.
The peak period of wealth distribution for the western world was around the 60's and 70's, there was then a period of expansion in the 80's in the middle east with many UK and US expats there, then in the following decades we have seen nothing but decline leading to the banking collapse in 2007/2008.

Tying in with wealth distribution its important to note that simply increasing taxes will not magically feed the bottom if gov is not handing it out as we all know its corrupt, taxation is only enforced on PAYE workers and these are ofc predominantly working/middle classes.
There's 37 trillion sat in british cayman island bank accounts untaxed legally. So we need to look at many issues to address IMHO.
