I am torn, wish I knew about this before I took my son to the dentist last year...although I doubt I could have gotten a then 5 year old to eat heart and liver. Would like to give this a try myself, but I don't eat meat and can't afford the book ATM...but when I have the money it will be a good read I am sure. Thanks again Nirvana

The thought of having a sugar-free and delicious cake or biscuits is encouraging. I'm tempted to order a bag of the granulated xylitol just to give it a go. You could even get the cacao butter and cacao powder and do xylitol chocolate. You can still use butter and eggs etc. Gram (chickpea) flour is a healthier alternative to wheat.

Although this is all good for your teeth, sugar free and good in theory, it also sounds like an expensive experiment that could go horribly wrong. It could end in the worst case of farts imaginable.

What is it meant to be? All I see is a black square.
