You are correct though about stating that if you say "Don't think about ...", the person will think about it. That's because the mind does not have a picture for the word 'don't', so it basically skips that word and pictures the rest of what is said. If you'll notice though, DG's post doesn't state, "Don't think about impure thoughts involving fruit". So I was able to answer that truthfully as it didn't 'paint a picture' in my mind of impure thoughts with fruit.

Curious minds would like to know what exactly went through your mind and if it was impure thoughts about fruit, or whether you've had impure thoughts about fruit previously. :P :D
