There's been a lot of talk of curry round these parts lately, for one reason or another.

Enquiring minds want to know however, what's you favourite curry?

My personal favourite is a nice chicken Jalfrezi. Now, I know 'Jalfrezi' isn't technically a curry dish, but I just loves it. I also adds me some hot madras powder to the mix cos I like it when my eyes water and my nose starts to run. Otherwise, it's a just a bit of a waste of time, imo.

I recall one occassion where I did venture into the realms of Vindaloo in a licensed restaurant. Needless to say, the repercussions were immense and far more painful than I had bargained for. Within about thirty minutes my bowels were fit to burst forth and it was quite embarassing for all present.

I've never been back to that dark, dark place since.

I do love me a vegetable biryani - or plain vegetable curry with shed loads of yoghurt - I can't do hot - my big weakness is the peshwari naan - its like heaven on a plate when done well - though my own efforts to make them have ended in abject failure - hence this summers mission to build a tandoori oven!!

Oh ffs, not more curry talk!

I was back over in the UK in February and stayed at a mates house in Rusholme, I clearly didn't eat enough to see me through. Not sure what my favourite is to be honest, depends on the mood, however it does have to make me break a sweat.

Oh and Nepalese food is like the most refined curry ever! If I have an Indian it's "slumming it" compared to a Nepalese.

Lamb or Vegetable Dansak, Plain Boiled Rice and two chapatis please. That's all you need to know about curry.

As for the Nepalese comment I can kind of go with that...but I think done well they are different and both have their merits.

I haven't mastered the sweet 'n sourness in the Dansak I make it's a tricky old business.

Quite patently, no. You curry-less pussy.

Oh is there different kinds of curry? I thought curry was just...curry...I haven't had a proper curry though, just stuff out of a jar that you stir into chicken.

You better get yourself edumakated in the ways of the curry quick-sharp, young man.

How ever do you hope to be a 'hit' with the ladies without knowing about the very food of love?

Irre food generally doesn't come in a jar unless it's jam or marmalade. ;)

You wouldn't be so quick to mock if you knew the true power of the curry.

You do want to grow up to be like the Sean, dontcha? Because, quite frankly, he is #trendsetter as fuck.

My favourite curry is any curry I can eat sat on top of the new anthill in the plot next door that has just been built by the dirty ants I just kicked (literally with me boots) out of my garden. It's the best way to treat pests, I feel. And curries.
