Squee! According to the weather forecast, it's set to reach 23 degs C in my area today and might even achieve the giddy heights of 26 degs C by the end of the week! Woo hoo! :nilly:

I don't mean to rub anyone's nose in it if their weather is still pants, or they don't like warm weather but I always feel a bit better in the sunshine myself! :flower:

And I have a crappy office job to start tomorrow.

Thanks Mandy. You've cheered me up no end...

The weather is very nice here up in good ol' Lahpool :D

I'm not making the most of it though. I'm in my room sitting at my PS3 :chuckle:

Yes, good luck with your job Ab :)

Sunny day here too in Scotland's capital.

I am making the best of that by listening to tunes on ewechube, while dusting and hoovering. :(

Think I need one of those life-coach peeps.

Good luck with the job Ab!

Weathers's been nice and sunny here in Finland too... Well, if the occational steelgrey chemhazegarbage doesn't count.

And that the birch is flowering like crazy and this allergy is killing me!

But I love the weather anyway.

I don't have any allergies that I know of thankfully :D

The only thing I don't like about this weather is that my bedroom traps the heat and it becomes like a sauna, or a greenhouse or something! I'm sweating like a pig at the moment :chuckle:

Consider yourself a very lucky guy, if you have none. It's terrible... And it's not the allergy only, I also have asthma, which only goes bad when my lungs are continuously irritated by something for a long time... It's horrible to wake up at night to lack of oxygen and severe breathing difficulties. I have actually passed out last year because of that. I didn't have meds for the asthmacrap back then.

Yea, that happens here too. :D Our house is funny, at morning, bedroom/livingroom is the coolest room in the house, then at evening/night, it's the kitchen... It's really too hot to sleep at nights here, but mornings are nice.

We've already had +26celsius few days ago, let's see when it'll pass +30. :cool2:

I'm sorry to hear about your asthma Hex, it sounds like a bit of a nightmare :O Yeah I'm very lucky I haven't got any allergies!.

As for my room, the sun arcs around and pretty much stays trained on my room for most of the day, and the heat stays in my room 24/7 :O
I don't stop sweating! I open the window but most of the time it doesn't do much :chuckle:

There's also Wasps to consider...

I remember a few years ago, the temperature was 38! :O It was horrific!

There was one in the back kitchen earlier on. It was buzzing between the window and the nets. I got a broom and pushed open the window more. The little git was buzzing and bumbling trying to get out :chuckle: Well it eventually did...the window was closed and that was that :D

It is the most beautiful evening here (Warwickshire, U.K.). Still light, warm, a small breeze playing every now and then; and the sky full of young swallows squealing and screaming away while they perfect their flying skills.

How I wish it could stay this way. I WUV summer. :beat: :inluv: :rose:
There is no such thing as Thin Air: Thin Air is full of the particles of creation.

And practice, practice, practice until you make it something fabulous.

Ahhhh! :heartb: What beautiful imagery you've conjured :)

I wish I could say the same about where I am at the moment :chuckle: My room's too hot, and the only sound is that of screaming children next door! And can they scream! :O :aargh:

I too am terrified of wasps! I was once chased around Castle Drogo, a stately home in Devon, by a hornet. I was in the wheelchair so I felt pretty vulnerable. The damn thing even followed me outside around the garden! :O

And I suffer pretty badly from hayfever too - but all in all, I still love summer! :D

There's a couple of hornets out in my garden that keep hovering over the same part like they own the place. I swear I've used a couple of cans of wasp killer to spray the fckrs, but they must be able to read the label or something as I've never been able to target them yet. I'm literally terrified to go out and lie down when they're about :dodge:
