I like it here too! I'd type a long post about how fun this place is... But at the moment, it feels so heavy with all the forum wars and bs. I'll drop back here when there's nicer mood around.

talking of recipes if any of our american friends here know of a recipe for the following or even what it is called I would be ever so grateful - I had this amazing apple pie that is american in origin - which is a layer of pastry, custard, apple, a crumble layer and then thick caramel icing type stuff - it was one of the best things I have ever eaten!! I have seen some similar recipes on the internet but its not exactly like that.
