I have to go to my local small business murderer in a minute to get cauliflower and broccoli for a nice roast (not because of the Queen or because it's Sunday - JUST BECAUSE). Have to admit, am feeling a little worse for wear however, so I may throw up on the way.

Perhaps I'll save it til I get there and do it all over the frozen section?

I've had some viral thing knocking about for the last week or so and have given coffee a swerve as a result and have felt the benefit so decided I'll probably take another break from it. Anyway, me and mrs oioioi had a heavy night of it on the raki and rebetika and I awoke to find mrs oix3 sipping iced tea "gizabit" I said in my best Greek and have been supping the stuff all weekend. Well, I just made some of my own using a bit of homemade lemonade and it ain't half bad! Think I've found this summers hobby, gonna dig out all the old herbals and have a play!

I ache all over from carting heavy stuff around most of the day - its not even a satisfying ache - just an all pervading pain that would be helped by a boiling hot bath and a smoke or two - I have neither the required substances for a smoke or the ability to move my arse from sofa to bath right now - I don't even have the energy for sofa to fridge where me secret chocolate stash is hidden!!! oh and am a weeny bit grumpy

....slight hangover still...which is now being doctored by the old hair of the dog plus a toke..
