I have seen and spoke to many people in my life who with the right opportunities could have really had a productive life,but hardships and turmoil held them back,and caused them to suffer from various calamities,poverty,long incarceration, family troubles and violence and many other reasons.He just seemed like a basically nice guy in my opinion under the surface of his exterior expressions.

Steppewar lol. He's a character isn't he.

Didn't he also start a thread about how he hadn't changed his bed sheets in a couple of years? He was very forthright about making good use of the benefits system and enjoying the company of 'ladies of the night'.

Flint Island was another character too. I always enjoyed his threads, as they were more entertaining than most of the stuff on the DIF. He used to annoy people, but I never really saw why. I think most of it was tongue in cheek.
