I say we need to wait still personally, the forum is still growing, developing, I haven't really seen any posts warranting the attention of an inner sanctum steering committee to make decisions over, I don't really see what the motivation is for this?

There is nothing stopping people from joining and working together to create a consensus as it stands within the forum, i don't think we need a direction for the board but rather within the board various directions should be considered, if we do reach consensus on matters it will happen organically and working together will come naturally leading to the forum taking on a purpose or direction, I think it's stupid to institute a group to think about the forum's purpose or direction, doing so speaks volumes about the groups purpose and direction and perhaps how it lacks either at the moment?

Sorry, but I'm on the fence about this and can totally see both sides. Tbh I'm just relieved that SZ and TZ are like the DIF, but with all the crap and stupid people removed.
