The only person who mentioned Columbine was I-baster, who tried to steer the conversation on to that, but I asked him to limit comments to the clip in the OP. I take it you've read the thread, Guevarista?

I've already addressed your question re motive too. You do read the responses don't you?

They want as many people on their side before they dare try to disarm - these horrific incidents have swayed a lot of people in favour of trashing the 2nd amendment, and it's right up there at the centre of the public's attention.

And what about your opinion btw?
My opinion is if any good comes of the murder of innocent children by a deranged youth on anti-psychotic drugs, it will be stricter regulation of the sale and ownership of weapons in the USA.
No conspiracy at all involved.

He was because he was proved wrong, he made a ridiculous statement/argument relating the suicide of Kurt Cobain to this case, that if I had countered would have diverted the thread totally off topic giving you, him andyh a good reason to complain about me derailing threads etc.

Re the topic, that's cool - until such time as satisfactory answers crop up to the witnesses reporting more than one shooter, we'll have to agree to disagree.

Re everything else of a baiting / antagonistic / personal nature, shove it in your ear. I did my best to avoid all that, because it's not what I want to happen here. :)

The fact is you can't get such drugs unless you're severely psychotic and in need of them ;)

Lanza was obviously a psychotic who went on a mass murder spree.

The police investigated it found that out, case closed, now the NRA can lobby Obama to let teachers carry Weapons/militaristic education, the far right in counter culture can attack Obama for "flaunting" a constitutional amendment, opportunistically use it as an anti government political platform and reasonable people can hope Obama does the right thing and heavily regulates the ownership of firearms.

Sandy Hook already had heavier regulations on firearms in their area than many other places in the states.

*Edit* Saw that on a vid a few weeks ago, as stated by a policeman in that area, but can't remember it's title & can't fin it now. I'll keep looking though.
