This is an entirely trivial issue, but I thought I'd post it as it amused me.

Football's youngest CEO stands by her Mansfield
Carolyn Radford does not take long to show her steel. Mansfield Town's chief executive reacts with a mix of anger and sarcasm to being asked why she and her now husband, John Radford, who owns the club, did not disclose their relationship when he appointed her as English football's youngest CEO in September 2011, when she was 29.
"Just because it's not really relevant," she says. "At the time it wasn't some contrived decision at all. Why are you asking. Because? Because? Because? Sorry, I apologise about that and I'll tell you future statuses when they happen. You'll be my first to know."
Yeah. It's not relevant at all. It's not relevant that a woman that looks like this:
Was in a relationship with a man who looks this this:
Who happens to be quite wealthy. And then the man in question appointed the woman in question to the position of CEO, but no-one mentioned that they happened to be in a relationship at the time (and quite possibly engaged, as they are now married):

Of course, she may be a very competent CEO, and he's entirely free to select whomever he wishes. But it's quite difficult to believe that this was a selection on merit alone. Which is, of course, the way the world really works, this is but merely one trivial example of nepotism.
