In my experience, they melt & dribble down your clothes - and occasionally ignite. :D

They taste like chewy meringue when toasted. Yummy! (I know this from scraping it off my coat to snack on)

I like to make s'mores using these cookies called "School boys", I think. Shortbread cookies with a layer of dark chocolate, basically. Try sandwiching a hot gooey marshmallow between 2 of those bad boys! *drool*
