I'm struggling to find any locally, although I have found some online. Thing is, all-in, it works out more expensive than those nasty tile things once you've paid for delivery.

I'm talking about old-fashioned linoleum on a roll. Doesn't really matter about colour or pattern, though something plain and simple would be ideal.

At present, it would cost me a little less to get a cab from Homebase where I could buy x40 packs of those sticky-back tiles at 3.99 per pack than it would to buy a roll of the stuff I'd actually like to put down and have it delivered. These appear to be the better choice once I have the money for them, as I wouldn't need to replace the whole lot if I damaged one or two in the future.

I had just though the old fashioned stuff might have been cheaper, but seems not.

You might find what you want if you Google 'vinyl & cushionfloor' - they don't call it lino any more.
