RA here is a portrayal of stereotypical scousers. I don't think much of Harry Enfield and post it for educational puposes only. It features a couple of cameos by cast members of Brookside, a now defunct soap opera set in Liverpool

Thing is, most of us never get to see the "top level of forum control", so it's difficult to know what's going on at those giddy heights with the power struggle with all the guys from Liverpool.
