So I have been sitting here a while now surfing the net reading and watching videos and typing and getting up reluctantly from time to time to pee.
I saw a topic about getting in shape or getting healthy or something and I was going to respond but didn`t feel like reading 7 pages to reply. Sometimes I reply to long topics without reading but usually I at least scan through and read at least the gist of replies.


on the plus side I have been playing football outside with my son earlier. I always think of that song Cats in the cradle and try not to be that guy.

So now I am feeling like a lazy slob and I am thinking about all these things I should do. I think I am about to attempt something productive now.

I had a point to this topic but forget what it is. I should just shut down without posting but maybe my lack of a point can be my point or jog my memory later.

motivated by fun i spose. if something is fun i want to do it, and if it sucks i dont want to. i get side tracked a lot but most of the time i just see where it goes. maybe im meant to be side tracked

I took a bad fall last year and thought I tore something in my knee and would possibly need a operation, and my motivation has sucked.

But it has healed naturally and I guess just a really bad strain, I just need to get back out and be more active, I guess that's what you need also
