irre was auto banned due to previous rules already agreed on. Not because of anything he has/has not done recently.
He has to contact first before using the account.

I am no Jesus Christ but thank you.

He was not using his irre account though so not sure how this was an auto ban. If it was an auto ban as in his ip then he would never have been able to post. So clearly somebody just banned him because he was him. I don`t see the reason in any of the comments about it. I understand that there was a reason originally but I do not follow the reason for him to be banned after coming back.
