Actually, I've just done some reading up on melatonin & that was a good tip. :cheer:

Since I suffer horribly from sleep deprivation too, which it's reputed to be a good treatment for, I intend doing some experimentation with it.

Also, I'm not worried about sleep paralysis, as I've experienced it before, and know how to deal with it. It wasn't accompanied by visible demons for me - just the sensation that there was a presence there just out of view as I couldn't turn my head. As soon as I got a grip on the intense fear, and forced myself to completely relax, I could move normally.

Have you used it yourself, RA, and if so, can you describe it?

Waiting for Star Trek Into Darkness to download so I can watch the last half hour that I missed when I was called away from the flicks at the weekend.
