So what's Hegelian Dialectic all about.

I read on the net it's made up of three parts Thesis,Antithesis and Synthesis.

Is this Problem,Reaction,Solution in layman's terms.

If so do the powers that be start with the Synthesis/Solution and work backwards in their methodology of Hegelian Dialectic.

Anybody care to explain.

Originally, it was a philosophical concept that had nothing to do with problem-reaction-solution.

The way that it essentially works is that a perceived problem, whether imaginary, created or legitimate, is used to justify a policy that you actually wanted to follow, but couldn’t have done so without the problem.

So to give an example, a problem or thesis would be “bloody hell, 9/11 has happened, what a disaster”. It doesn’t really matter in this case whether you accept the official story or not.

All the public are sitting there absorbing the television coverage, being trained to accept that terrorism is a massive problem. This is the reaction or antithesis stage.

And then the US government bring the PATRIOT Act off the shelf, which they’d already written, and ‘decides’ to bomb Afghanistan, although they began massing troops before 9/11 occurred. The solution or synthesis.

Twelve years later, the ‘War on Terror’ has expanded all over the world, and even if people disagree with it, the concept nevertheless seems vaguely justifiable because of this process.

They had decided to bomb Afghanistan but needed to convince the tax payer/voter/consumer that it was a justifiable action so had to come up with a good reason for them to do so first.
