First they came for the smokers, but I didn't smoke so I said nothing.

What a lot of anti-smokers can't seem to grasp is that there's really plenty of scope for satisfying both parties. As someone said before, there could very easily be smoking & non-smoking premises, and ones where both are welcome to mingle, but with proper facilities made for smokers to do so in comfort & without being an irritant to those who don't like it.

Why not let the people who own the property decide?

I'm an ex smoker, I like places with smoking and non smoking areas, that way I get to rock with the cool kids but not have to inhale their Torches of Freedom .
