It is for all the unhappy customers of a very large car dealership. It is where people go to tell the stories of how badly they were treated when they bought a new or second hand car from the company. As you see it is a big site as that company has pissed off a lot of people (including me, though that was before the site had appeared, so I am not on it!).

I think DI and his DIF are just like that car dealership. The promise so much and deliver so little!
