Really, all systems of "magic" are simply ways to get a person focussing, using and developing their own inherent abilities. Very basically, you are comprised of the particles of creation, call it god/The Universe/Source/whatever.

That's what all "Source - ery" is really about.

My dad used to have a few books on card tricks etc but I don`t recall any. He also had a coin with a piece of elastic cord attached to it. I think you put it up your sleeve to make the coin vanish. They used a similar technique to make Gilly`s post vanish.
