Obviously, we all do this all the time without really registering it, but I'm trying to flesh out the process in to words that most might understand. Came across this today and wondered if you brain-boxes had anything to add from experience?
I'm sure most of you have read the article on Psipog but I have my own How To. Alright let's start. Side effects include: Your gut feelings in plain English, greater luck, more benificial coincidences and less negative coincidences, better preparation, easy DMILS and habit control (Tell it directly to stop).

Introduction

The mind is broken up into two consciousnesses, your conscious and your subconscious. The conscious is the part of the mind that makes decisions, deals with problems at hand and acts on them. It is your inner voice that is talking in your mind almost constantly. As far as you are concerned it is you. Now your subconscious on the other hand, deals with emotions, body regulation, morals, habits good or bad, and memory. Also your imagination is your subconscious.

What are we trying to accomplish?

What we are trying to accomplish, is the conversation between your conscious and your subconscious. A sync of your two minds to reap in the awesome benefits. In a conversation there are two aspects, talking and listening. To talk all you have to do is think a question out to yourself or think in such a way that you are conversing with someone. Anyone can ask themselves something so the next part is the hard part. You have to listen to your subconscious. One thing to know about the subconscious, is that it only talks in emotions, feelings and visions. So you have to learn to decode them. The faster you do that, the easier it is to have good communication.

What will "Talking with myself" do for me?

You may think that this is just step one to a multiple personality disorder but that's not the case. The subconscious is everything you are, it has your morals, your ambitions, in essence it's a more passionate you (because your regular mind has thoughts to dilute these). It also controls your body to the single nerve impulse and feedback loop.
There are only a few differences between the two consciousnesses. Your subconscious records everything you sense and it remembers everything. It also seems (from my own experiences) to have a precognitive and Remote viewing ability that is greater than your (Reg-C) own ability. Basically what it boils down to means that it has a great more knowledge than you. It knows everything you've ever known and it has an ease of access to information on events happening around the world, past, present or future. It also likes to gladly share this information with you. It also sticks to your morals, so it wont give you information on the best way to steal something if you despise stealing (but you wouldn't ask anyway).

Here are some examples of things I've done with it and a conversation:
1. Used it during a multiple choice exam, I asked it for the answer to the question and for s***s and giggles I asked it to highlight the answer yellow in my vision so I would know for sure (sometimes your feelings and emotions are a little to hard to decipher) and it worked. All of answer c was covered in a yellow afterimage-like effect.
2. I fell into a conversation by accident one night. While trying to sleep I thought I heard a person I wanted to greet walk up the stairs. When I went out of my room to check it turned out to be the dog.

Me: Why does the dog have to sound like a human on the stairs?
Sub-C: It's a dog it doesn't care how it walks it doesn't think like us.
Me: (Surprised)
Well how do dogs think?
Sub-C: (This was a bitch to decipher)
Animals only think in instincts. Like how loud noises cause you to look, thats an example of how they think only they do it 100% of the time.
Me: Uhh thats great...

3. It got me a free drink because it led me to a fast food joint that had a canceled order and they just offered it to me. Actually it said to me: Hey I'm thirsty go in there and you won't have to pay...

Basically it gives you an unfair advantage in life, because of all the information it gives you. It reminds me of things I forgot, and makes sure I'm prepared for events in the day that couldn't be expected with regular thought.

Awesome, how do I start!

The first two exercises are just to help you understand how it speaks to you. Your subconscious understands plain English. These are to help you to understand what to look for/decipher when you receive answers. Exercises 3 and 4 are for learning how to decipher.

Exercise 1:
Below is a list of words, instead of thinking the word in your head, think either the feeling it instills on you, or a visualization of it physically. Once you do these words, make your own up, this is just to get you started.

You (as in another person)
Music
Yourself (as in you)
Hey
Bees
Your best friend <insert name here>
Sidewalk
Left
Faster
Now
Umbrella
Stop

Exersise 2:
Do the same as the last exercise, but this time think entire sentences without words.

Exercise 3:
Ask yourself a personal opinion on something. For instance, what do I think of the color red? Or, What did I think of the movie "Knowing"? When you ask you will get a faint feeling in your gut, thats the subconscious talking. If you get a plain answer in words, you're answering your own question with your reg-c. When you get this feeling hold on to it and try and match it up with a word or sentence. What it feels like to me, I get word after word, and I get the meaning piece by piece, not all at once.

Exercise 4:
Ask yourself questions where the answer doesn't include how you feel. For example ask stuff like, "Why does my dog sound like a human when it walks up stairs?

Now just keep practicing and asking yourself stuff, after a while the decoding will become second nature and you'll always be listening. Your gut feelings will always be in plain english and you will know exactly what's up. Have fun with your personal encyclopedia.

Sounds a bit contradictory.
It asks you not to put it into 'words' when you think about it but then to put it into words lol.

That's just that tricksy conscious mind at work, Andy. It doesn't like to feel left out of the loop. ;)

Have had some fairly cool stuff first hand with a pendulum recently. I asked lots of innane yes/no questions, but what I also asked stuff that I had no real way of knowing without going and checking. It's been pretty accurate so far...

Anyone else?

The Small Still Voice Within

One cold day in early 1980, I was waiting at a bus stop. At that time, I had about a dozen OBEs to my credit. I thought about my favorite television show, "Kung Fu," which always had tidbits of wisdom sprinkled throughout the show. The Shaolin masters in the show were always portrayed as kind and humble, but above all wise. I wished I could be wise like that. Then I remembered a story in the Bible about Solomon (1 Kings, 3: 5-13). In the story, God offered to give Solomon anything and Solomon chose the gift of wisdom. Solomon was rewarded well for his choice. I wondered what it would be like if I were wise: "If I were wise," I thought to myself, "I could probably think up any question and look inside and find a truly wise answer there."

If I were a wise man and someone asked me questions, what would I say? I started to fantasize, asking myself philosophical questions and making up answers, pretending I was wise. Suppose they asked, "What is love?" I paused to think. I'd say, "Love is the binding force of the Universe." If they asked "Who am I?" I would answer, "You are a spark of God's divine Light."

My bus wasn't there, so I continued with this daydream. I asked myself more questions. Each time I'd look deeper into myself for the answer. After a few times I was surprised at the answers I came up with; the answers didn't seem like me at all! At the time, nothing seemed out of the ordinary, so I didn't even write about it in my journal.

This "wisdom" game was a lot of fun, so the next few days I practiced whenever I had free time. Instead of asking specific questions, I started asking myself to "Say something wise." This also gave me unexpected results, such as:

Perfect love is never selfish. It's wrong not to love at all. It is better to love someone and selfishly desire their love. It is still better to love someone, and desire to give them your love, asking nothing in return. It is best to love All That Is unselfishly, and recognize everything as a part of that creation, including your loved one and yourself.

Upon closer examination, I didn't exactly make up "words" in my head when I asked myself questions. I got a jumble of thoughts, feelings, words, sounds and images, and I "translated" this jumble into words. Then I said the translated words to myself, and somehow they made sense. Later, this translation process became so automatic that it was just like "talking."

I had learned to ask myself questions, and come up with answers, but I was very skeptical about it. It seemed as if I were pretty much "making up" the answers I wanted, even if the answers often had a lot more "insight" than I thought I had. The answers just came to me from the top of my head. They only came when I asked, and often they were the first things that entered my mind after I formulated the question. For that reason, I viewed this all as a "game" I was playing, never taking it seriously.

Then the inner source of wisdom started to develop a personality of its own. Very gradually I started noticing that I was sometimes getting "answers" without asking questions. I started getting advice and reminders from within, which would come out of the blue.

I noticed that the answers addressed me in the second person; instead of receiving the message, "I should park over there" I would receive the message, "You should park over there, Bob." Also, the answers started getting more specific. Messages like, "You should park over there" became "You should park over there, because there's more time on that parking meter than this one." Later, these things turned out to be true. At first I thought I might be going crazy. Crazy people heard voices. But as I said before, I wasn't really hearing voices; I was just getting impressions and translating them into words. Then I began to worry about spirits.

So one day I decided to probe a little deeper into this issue. One day after I left work, I went for a short walk and started asking this "source" some new questions:

Q: "What is your name?"

A: "You can call me anything you like."

Q: "Do you have a name?"

A: "Names are not important; wisdom is important. Remember, the message is important, not the source."

Q: "Are you a spirit?"

A: "No, not as you think of it."

Q: "Then what are you?"

A: "Someone who has your best interests at heart: I am you; another part of you."

Q: "Why are you here? Why am I hearing you?"

A: "My job is to help you in any way that I can, to help you become more aware, to see that you pay attention to the lessons that you are learning."

Q: "If you're me, than why do you address me as 'you'?"

A: "That's to help you tell the difference between your own thoughts and my messages."

Because of some book I had read, I started calling it my "inner voice." For months I distrusted my inner voice. Sometimes I would take its advice and sometimes I would not. Time after time, my inner voice proved its guidance was sound, but still I would not trust it. And because I was afraid of what people would think, I never told anyone.

One day my inner voice started speaking with me, saying, "Why do you constantly fight me?" I replied, "I just don't trust you; I've heard of stories where insane people murder and later say that 'God' or 'Voices' told them to kill. If you ask me, any kind of nonverbal communication seems really strange to me; if anyone knew I talked to a voice inside of me, they would lock me up." My inner voice replied, "Have I ever told you to kill people? No! Have I ever told you a lie? No! Have I ever given you any reason to mistrust me? No! Has anything I've said ever been wrong? No!"

It continued. "Always remember this: It is okay to listen to your inner voice, and it is okay to take its advice, but always, always use your own judgment. You are not allowed to use me as an excuse for not taking action, or for taking an action, or for not using your own judgment. As long as you use your own common sense and judgment, you aren't going to murder people, because common sense tells you that murder is wrong."

"I am here to give you advice and helpful hints. I can give you answers to any questions, provided those questions are not part of your current lessons. For some lessons, you must find the answers for yourself."

"What I am asking is very simple. Try an experiment: try trusting me and taking my advice (while still using your own judgment and common sense) for one week, without fighting me. After one week, if I've lied to you or misguided you, feel free to ignore me. However, if my advice has been good, you can take this as far as you want."

I agreed to the experiment, and I started following the advice of my inner voice. One week passed and my psychic awareness increased. I decided I would continue to trust my inner voice until it gave me reasons to distrust it.

That was the beginning of a new cooperation between me and my inner voice: It started giving me more advice, helping me interpret my dreams and reminding me of things I had forgotten. For example, one morning I had gotten my motorcycle out of the garage to go to work when my inner voice said to bring my bag of tools with me--"It'll come in handy today; You'll regret it if you don't." So I got off my motorcycle, walked back inside and got my tool bag. I asked my inner voice if my motorcycle was going to run into mechanical problems. It replied, "Your motorcycle is fine." "Then why should I bring tools?" "Trust me. You'll regret it if you don't." Later that day, as I pulled into a parking spot, I noticed a man with a stalled truck. I asked, "Having truck problems?" He said, "Yeah. You haven't got a Phillips screwdriver on you, do you?" I got out the tool bag and gave him a screwdriver. I was glad I had brought the tools, and I thanked my inner voice. It was right--I would have regretted it if I had not brought the tools.

My inner voice is often fond of helping people. For example, one day I went to my credit union, but I arrived ten minutes before they opened. I walked down the street, wondering what I should do to kill the time. Then my inner voice asked me to go into MacDonalds, which was in the opposite direction. So I walked to MacDonalds and went inside. The man in front of me ordered some coffee, but his speech was very slurred because he was deaf. The man repeated himself several times, but the cashier didn't understand. I knew a bit of American Sign Language, so I acted as translator to allow him to speak with his cashier. After I left the restaurant, I felt good inside. My inner voice congratulated me for a job well done.

My inner voice also provided me with "psychic" information I could not have known otherwise. One day I decided to eat lunch in the cafeteria. I stood in line trying to decide what flavor of yogurt to buy. Finally I decided to get blueberry yogurt, so I picked up a container. Then my inner voice said, "Boysenberry." I asked my inner voice, "Do you mean I should switch?" It replied "That's okay. Eat what you like." So I decided to keep my blueberry yogurt. I sat down and opened it, and there was boysenberry flavored yogurt inside! The carton was plainly marked "Blueberry" and the carton was deep blue. But the yogurt inside was purple boysenberry.

My inner voice carefully guided my actions, and it always worked out to my advantage. This journal entry from 1985 shows what I mean:

02-09-85 Sat

More "Psychic" events. About a month ago I found out that Boston (the rock group) had a member named Barry Goudreau, who put out an album. Since I'm a fan of Boston I tried to find the album, but it was out of print. I went to every record store I knew in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area, but nobody had it. I told JO that I'd mail her a copy of the album on cassette tape if I ever found it. Well, I was going to mail another tape to JO today, and my inner voice was very active.

First I had to go to an office-supply store to find a mailer to mail the tape in. I went and found a perfect-sized mailer, and was going to buy one, when my inner voice said, "Get two!" I asked it, "Why? I'm not planning to send any more tapes for a while." My inner voice just said, "Just get two; I'm sure you can find a use for the second one." I was in a hurry, so I didn't argue with my inner voice, I just bought two, without any plans to send another tape. When I went to the post office, I got the best parking spot, when all of the other available parking was taken. My inner voice suggested before I left from home that I should make some copies of the latest MSPR [Minnesota Society for Parapsychological Research] newsletter. So after I left the post office, I went to the University to make more copies of the newsletter. As fate would have it, I couldn't find a parking spot except two blocks away from the print shop. My inner voice said, "Park here; it's not that far to walk." So I parked there, and started walking to the print shop. On the way, I noticed something interesting in a shop window, so I looked at the shop. It was a record shop, a very tiny one I didn't know about and one I'd never been in. My inner voice said, "Go in. The newsletters will wait." So I went in. It was a very small record shop, but there was a section that said "ON SALE." My inner voice said, "Go over there and look in the "G's." I replied mentally, "Oh come on! I hunted in every record store in Minnesota for Barry Goudreau's album; this tiny store won't have it, and they wouldn't have it on sale!" But I thought, "Oh what the heck, it doesn't hurt to look." Sure enough, I had been very carefully guided to find Barry Goudreau's album, and it only cost me $2.19! I told the shop owner that I'd been hunting high and low for that album, and had been to almost every record store in the Twin Cities, and couldn't find it anywhere. He said, "Really? That's interesting. And now you found it on sale."

Then I made the copies of the newsletter. I came out of the print shop and I remembered that I never fed my parking meter. My inner voice said, "Don't worry about it. Go over to JRCA and buy some tapes to record the album." I argued back, "But my parking meter is expired, and JRCA's tapes are not as cheap as Best Buy. I could go to my car, save myself a ticket and get tapes at Best Buy for $2.00 each, whereas JRCA tapes are usually $2.50 each." But my inner voice insisted that I go to JRCA. Despite always arguing with my inner voice, it always knows what is best for me. I went to JRCA, and asked "How much are your Maxell UDXL-II's?" The man went and grabbed four tapes (I wanted to buy four tapes, but I didn't tell him that!) He told me the tapes were $1.99 each! I only had $9.00 left, so I had just enough money to buy four tapes! I got back to my car. No ticket!

My inner voice has been responsible for much of the "psychic" information I have received. In many ways, it seems like "cheating" because I don't have to work for this information; it's there for the asking.

I also found out my inner voice had a sense of humor. One morning I wrote down an out-of-body experience and I lost track of the time. When I realized I was running behind, I left in a hurry. I bolted out the door when my inner voice suddenly interrupted, "Hey, Bob, you forgot to lock the door!" I ran back, locked the door and thanked my inner voice. My inner voice jokingly replied, "You'd forget your body if it wasn't attached!"

I've also been helped by my inner voice during my out-of-body experiences. For example:

07/25/82 Sun - OBE #80

...I used the same swaying method to get out of my body again....I was stuck to my body. I thought about it some more. I figured that the only way I could move was to close my eyes and trust my feelings. So I closed my eyes but immediately thought, "No! If I close my eyes, I might fall asleep!" If I have been reading for an hour, and I close my eyes, I will usually fall asleep. I can tell how likely this is to happen to me. So although I had started to move, I decided to open my eyes, and I saw that I was again in the same place. I thought of another way: if I could change my vision to purely astral vision I should be okay, I thought. So I lifted my arms out in front of me, and I tried to see clairvoyantly. I heard my inner voice clearly say, "Practicing clairvoyant vision here will greatly help your Earthly clairvoyant vision." I looked at my arms, not astrally, but clairvoyantly, as if trying to see a spirit from the physical world. My arms were transparent when I looked at them that way. They looked like transparent, dark black, filmy shadows. I studied them for a while, then blacked out.

Here is another example of my inner voice helping me during an OBE:

10-31-82 Sun - OBE #83

...Another thing happened last night. It was like a lesson from my inner voice. It wanted to teach me the difference between clairvoyant vision and out-of-body vision. So first it showed me a place clairvoyantly, and it said, "this is clairvoyant vision." Then it showed me the same scene with out-of-body vision. I remember some of the differences. First, although both pictures were clear and vivid, the out-of-body picture had more of a sense of depth. I could tell my spatial location, because I had normal depth perception. In the clairvoyant vision, I saw the same things, and I could tell it was three-dimensional, but it was more like a photograph, where some particulars stood out more than others. In short, the clairvoyance was like looking at a regular photograph, only some objects in the room seemed somehow emphasized. The out-of-body vision was different in that I was in the picture.

My inner voice has been one of the most beneficial forces in my life. Amazing things can happen if you begin using this tool. Your inner voice has always been there; all you have to do is listen inside.

What exactly is an inner voice? Some people may believe it to be a spirit guide. Perhaps some of today's "trance channels" are merely talking to their inner voice, then doing the same sort of verbal translation. Personally, I believe the inner voice is a communications link to your oversoul, or higher self.

My inner voice is notoriously honest and blunt. Once I asked my inner voice, "Why didn't you communicate with me before that cold winter day?" It replied, "Why didn't you listen to me before?" I asked, "Why don't you talk to me more often now?" It replied, "Why don't you listen to me more often now?" Then it struck me: Why don't we all?
What we are today comes from our thoughts of yesterday, and our present thoughts build our life of tomorrow: Our life is the creation of our mind.

One day, after crossing town to the ashram in the Rolls and banging a few bits of good energy: Osho said something that certainly resonates with me.
He talked of being the observer. Withdrawing your attention back so that you can observe the conscious mind and how it goes about it's day to day life. He likened it to a state of permanent meditation whereby you are at all times aware that your body and consciousness have needs that must be met but never immersed in them. When practiced enough, the consciousness learns to be in harmony with the whole.

Cheers all...

My reason for posting is that I have been prompted by 'something' down this particular line of enquiry for a while, and my conscious mind appears to be grappling with certain aspects of this issue and trying to formulate some kind of workable model/assimilate it.

There are lots of conflicting definitions and information on the subject, primarily because people tend to come at this from many varied (and utterly legitimate) angles. For example, if you've a psychiatric bent, your subconcious may well be seen as something maleable, to be impressed upon. From a spiritual point of view however, exactly the opposite may be true.

My feeling on the matter - and I've again been prompted to actually start paying attention to 'feelings' again recently - is something as follows:

Your conscious mind, is that part of your mind responsible for thinking, evaluating and translating all the information received from your senses. It is very good at what it does and is easily able to argue the case for and against entirely on it's own (this is where I have struggled for a while).

Your subconscious on the other hand, is that part of your mind which does not need to think, as it is already plugged into 'all that is'. It is your link to universal consciousness, if you like. There is nothing it can be taught as it already knows all there is to know. Nobody had to teach it how to make your heart beat or fill your lungs with air - a fact that a few of those definitions mentioned earlier tend to skip over. In addition, your subconscious is what forms your reality. That's right...I wrote it! And this time I really mean it (I think). :umm:

It is responsible for receving all those thoughts and opinions from your conscious mind, neatly collating them and forming the very stuff of 'your' existence in response to them. It does not judge, or interfere unduly, though as has been proven to myself lately, it usually will step in if you're really struggling. Whether or not your conscious mind notices the signs, is another matter entirely. It simply lovingly replicates your consciouse mind's vision of the world around it down to the very last detail.

For example: When you look in the mirror, your sponsoring thought is usually "I'm fat" or something akin. Your subconcious (or SC for the sake of brevity) receives this communication loud and clear and...guess what?

Similarly, motivated by some unknown force, you attend a gym for the first time in years - maybe even for the first time. You find you actually enjoy the experience of using your body in ways you have not even thought about in years. You enjoy yourself so much, you leave feeling positive and energised and full of plans to return and do it all again. You may even be able to feel your muscles aching and reason that this must be the exercise actually "working". Dear, old Sc, as ever, receives this information and promptly sets about adjusting your 'idea' of 'you'. After several visits, you may even notice some newly defined muscles and some weight-loss. Your conscious mind (though no fault of it's own, note) may reason that the exercise is working. You've finally cracked it - HURRAH! Several months later however, you may get bored of the gym or some other priority may pop up in it's place. Although you may have entirely forgotten about this little detail, all those months ago, your conscious and subconcious saw to it that your belief about exercise and your body was most firmly rooted within you. Again, whether or not you do it consciously, you notice that not attending the gym recently is causing your muscles to vanish and toned bits to become once again flabby...

I wonder if you can guess why (other than the obvious).

More than all of this however, there is no real division between these two parts of your mind or your being. They work in perfect harmony, so long as your concious mind does not interfere to frequently with the process. It is prone to do this in most of us, again through no fault of it's own, but simply because it has been conditioned to do so from a very early age. You may have had conversations with an imaginary friend and once time before you were abruptly told to stop it, or even "grow up". You (the conscious aspect of your mind) may have been on very good terms with the subconcious part of your mind, to the extent that you regularly communicated and pondered certain "gut reactions" or emotions, until others persuaded you that, not being based in science, it was probably all hocum.

SC watches, takes note, makes adjustments to YOUR reality. Lovingly, dilligently, ALWAYS.

In addition, this is no one-way communication and was never intended to be. Your conscience mind, being so good at what it does, may sometimes 'cloud' any intuition or communication from within, but it does this entirely at 'your' behest and until such a time as you ask it not to. I believe there is only so much 'ignoring' that Sc can tolerate also, only inasmuch as continuiing to ignore this attempt at internal conversation, may put your physical body at peril, for example. At which point, and entirely within the subconcious'/all that is' remit, your 'reality' may give you a gentle nudge. Be that through illness, loss, anything that might shake you up and make you take notice.

You will know the difference between the chatter of your conscious mind and genuine communication from deeper within, by how it makes you feel.

There you are, pondering a certain aspect of your physical reality, driving yourself bonkers, going round and round in circles. All the while, SC quietly and patiently returns you the answer or hint that may lead you in the right direction. It longs to do this, every minute - it really does love you that much.

If you are feeling anything other than joy, bliss, happiness about a certain issue or subject, rest assured, this is not coming from your deeper, knowing self. Make use of that emotion. STOP. Mull it over...let your conscious mind do what it does so well and investigate the source of this ill-feeling. Eventually, you may find yourself 'feeling' slightly better about the whole thing. You will find, in time, you become very good at this. Your subconscious, as ever, will amend your internal and external accordingly. Watch for the signs.

Brain splurge over...for now. Apols for the grammatical errors! Bet you're glad you read all that, eh? :D

Stupid brain bossing me around.
Have you ever looked into the idea of a holy guardian angel? Same concept with a ceremony thrown in. Depends how you see the world. Either way it's a bromance of planar proportions
my limbless friend will die alone
a torso of flesh upon the throne

Violence is not the answer, it is the question. the answer is yes.

Funny you should say that...it's a bit like being in love again, not that I can really remember too much about that. Every song on the radio is suddenly all about me and....me.

Another way that really helps with changing your subconscious mind is to turn off the tv. Yes I am serious, turn off the TV and especially the news programs. I cannot stress this enough. Every time you watch a news program or look at the newspaper or even listen to the news programs on the radio you are submersing your subconscious mind in a pool of negativity, hatred, despair, war, violence, crime, pain and poverty. You may well be addicted to all the negativity I just mentioned but not even be aware of it. The news media makes a lot of money out of all the negativity in the world and most people feed on this garbage everyday for their entire lives. No wonder so many people live in poverty and there is so much hatred, crime and war in this world. We see it, we believe it and the more we believe it the more it continues.

While you continue to watch the TV and absorb all the negative statistics you end up becoming one yourself. You may not be aware of it but your subconscious mind is feeding on everything it sees and hears from the moment you are born to the moment you die and perhaps after you are dead but I really do not know about that. If you feed it thoughts of worldwide unhappiness and pain you will become a statistic of that world of pain. The best thing you can do in regards changing your subconscious mind is to feed it positive energy by thinking positive thoughts about literally anything that is positive. Feed it feelings of love not feelings of hate towards your neighbor or someone from your past that hurt your feelings. Forget about the past, leave it in the past and move on to a brighter future with a fresh bunch of new thoughts and feelings. You can do this if you believe you can and turning off the TV is a step in the right direction.

Changing your subconscious mind has only been a problem for you and the rest of the planet because you have been misguided somewhere along the way. Abundance and a world full of happiness is yours for the taking when you believe it is right there in front of you. In fact once you change your subconscious mind you will begin to see things simply arrive in your life like magic. So stop being a statistic and start to become the magician you really are.

Another way to look at how the mind works between the conscious and subconscious is to think of it from this point of view: when you develop a thought, it is analyzed by the conscious mind which then starts to send electro-chemicals within the brain. As the electro-chemicals travel through the brain, neural pathways are opened and the data passes through the brain. As the data travels, additional cells throughout the brain are imprinted with the data being processed. The conscious mind then attaches emotion to the thought based on its perceived interpretation of the data. This increases the vibration of the thought and at that time a belief is established. This belief is then stored in the subconscious mind. This belief could be based on truth, reality, or a lie. It depends on where the thought came from and how it was interpreted. This data can then be accessed and utilized in the future by the conscious mind to either support or deny any further thoughts that are inputted into the conscious mind.

When the conscious mind receives the same input again, it is the job of the subconscious mind to locate and provide that data which was stored previously, send it back to the conscious mind with an emotion of some type included, which was also stored previously with the data, which will create a vibration based on the frequency of the data presented. If this previously stored data matches the vibration of the universe, there is an alignment and the result is the creation or manifestation of what that thought was intended to provide.

Well, that was very enlightening.

I suffer from a couple of different conditions, when one flares up it makes the other two worse and it plays havoc with my conscious mind as my brain attacks itself. I completely lose the ability to think in words and feel very ill. Its stops me doing basic things and having conversations. The way I think changes as I can no longer think in words and instead I begin to think in colours and pictures. I can understand what I''m thinking, but can't explain it. Its very bizarre.

Anyways....

Changing my thought pattern there per the exercise, revealed that my subconscious takes over during these moments. Very interesting to me.

Here are some brief recommendations to help you use your subconscious power for your best:

1. Your subconscious mind not only controls all the processes of the body, but also knows the answers to the various questions and can solve many problems.

2. Before going to bed, refer to your subconscious mind with any specific request and soon you will see its miraculous power in action.

3. Anything that is captured in your subconscious will directly affect you in the form of emotions, circumstances and events. Therefore, you need to watch closely what thoughts and ideas govern your mind.

4. All experiences arise from unfulfilled desires. If you are “fixated” on various issues and problems, thus will be the reaction of your subconscious mind.

5. When you have a specific goal or dream, consciously repeat this statement: “I believe that the power of the subconscious, which gave me this desire, will embody it in me now.”

6. Stress, anxiety and fear can disrupt the natural rhythm of breathing, heart rate and work of any other part of the body. Cultivate in your subconscious mind thoughts of health, peace and harmony, and all the functions of the body will return to normal.

7. Fill your subconscious with expectations of the best experiences and emotions, and your thoughts will become a reality.

8. Imagine a positive outcome of your problems, fully feel the enthusiasm from what has happened. All your fantasies and feelings are clearly accepted by your subconscious and then implemented in life.
