The clues are all there, we know that 'substances' are used in many spiritual experiences, so why not in new/old testaments etc...
the more I think about it the more odd it is that no reports of such use are about, imo Jesus is someone that is reported to be seen, akin to when native American shamen report seeing certain 'spirits'.

Jesus is likely known as the mushroom spirit or something, and when they take shrooms that's who they see, and he does 'remarkable things'.
He's then be introduced into European culture and mixed in with Horus and also Nordic, Germanic tradition, it's easy to mix him in with Nordic tradition as they were taking Mushrooms as a culture already, it was just a matter of switching Odin for St Nick, and bring Christianity into that Yuleish tradition, that's why Santa is used to promote Jesus, the only common denominator is shroooms.
