If it's not a vibrant shade of dark pink, it's the colours of fire. That's what it looks like now five out of seven days a week around here....before sunrise...and long after it. When did that become normal?

So. I've been watching. Figured it was the best way to prove anything to myself but I ended up with more than I bargained for as I now firmly believe that something is very wrong in the sky.
There, I said it. I went away for a while and tragically turned into cathcunt... :P

Also observed - There's a large light in the eastern night sky 3/4 hours before sunrise even begins. Not always visible...but its there. And a dark red/orange glow in the south which sometimes stretches as far across to join the east which can last for days which sits really low on the horizon 'hidden' by a dark blanket type cloud, which I've convinced myself is there to try and obscure this line of sight. . And there's also a large blue glow in the west as the sun comes up. None of these things are 'normal' and having lived here for near 9 years with a south facing house, that particular view has stood out given it's something I've seen so many times before. Its changing before my eyes daily.
There are also numerous 'lights' during the day that are hidden behind clouds which are becoming more frequently seen so I'm going to assume it's because they're becoming more difficult to obscure. There's also something very wrong with the sun. Again, judge for yourselfs if you so wish too. The most noticable thing for personally is its whiter, larger and now has a funny habit of rising at the very same time it's setting...yes I did actually say all of those things.
These things are there. I've seen them...in fact, its now a daily/nightly activity for me looking and watching and I'm actually past the point of caring if anyone thinks I've finally tipped over the edge because all they need to do for themselves is go outside and look. It's simple.

But I can't believe everyone doesn't notice how pink, red and just brilliant the skies have been lately...on an almost regular basis...this isn't 'normal' by any stretch, so why is such an elephant in the room being missed by so many? :conf:

Somethings wrong. And if I'm completely honest, this isn't just about what I can see. I can feel it. I don't even know how to explain what I mean by that. I just know it's also a feeling. Been tempted to go do some research just to see what the fuck thats about, but I figured adding something else to my mind at the moment isn't probably a wise move on my part so I'm not going to look...right or wrong.

And yeah, it sounds as crazy as the rest of this post, but it's the truth for me right now....and I figured if I was gonna commit forum suicide, I might as well do it right. :P

Then there's the otherside of it all, which is all part of the same package from where I'm sitting...and thats the increase in weather related incidents around the world. Everythings on the increase and not just by a little...the whole lots picking up pace and it's only when you see it collaberated together does it paint a real picture. The press will never do that ...but some people have.
These are three videos just for the past 3 months of September, October and November.
Something is wrong and it's way bigger than the bollocks pushed on us in the disguise of fucking climate change!

This is worthy of a mention too.

Obama's been shoving through quite alot of executive orders of late, two of them being worthy of more scrutiny than others given the theme of the thread.

The first is this one from October;

The White House
Office of the Press Secretary
For Immediate Release
October 13, 2016

Executive Order -- Coordinating Efforts to Prepare the Nation for Space Weather Events

www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2016...space-weather-events

And a rather stranger one at the beginning of December;

The White House
Office of the Press Secretary
For Immediate Release
December 05, 2016

Executive Order -- Safeguarding the Nation from the Impacts of Invasive Species

www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2016...cts-invasive-species

They didn't help with my current chosen pastime, I know that much.

Invasive species generally describes plants like himalayan balsam and japanese knotweed.
We have had a couple of mass fish kills down here this month. Tons of dead fish washed up at marazion on two occasions iirc.

Cheers dubs
Ain't had a chance to look into yet so that's one thing of the list and a relief to hear if you don't mind me saying so lol :D

As for the other, this very sadly is happening all over the world to all sorts of animals...with no or very little 'scientific explanations' for it.

We're doomed.. doomed!! There's a lot of volcanic activity lately too .. earthquakes and stuff.
I've seen some pretty sunset and sunrises but not noticed them being more prevalent than usual, but they do stick out in my mind as being really cool.

Good thread, the beast :D

I can only assume people's reticence to discuss such matters is due in no small part to the magnitude of the issue. If something is awry, it's a bit like being told the Earth is flat when you're fairly confident (though not absolutely sure) it isn't.

There's politics and Christmas and celebrity wank my cat off to get through and let's be brutally honest...so what? If something is amiss with the heavens, Wtf can I actually do about it?

The chemtrail stuff has died down a lot now though I have noted they're still present. Must be some kind of improved engine that means a few less scars and streaks on the horizon. Yeah...that'll be it.

Same issue though. People simply don't know how to deal with some things, even when they're right there in their face. It's so much easier to dismiss something as bunkem than to evaluate evidence (even if it isn't backed up by anyone with a degree). Just look at the hoo-ha that still goes on re. 9/11 despite some very well informed folks actually piping up and suggesting something is terribly wrong. Nothing. Nowt. Nada.

I can only hope generations to come can forgive us, collectively, for seemingly doing nothing but gawp at the majority of events that have occurred in the last few centuries. I'm sure they'll understand we had more important things on our mind.

Anyway...I've nothing to add skywise, just wanted to thank you for posting. If not here, then where, dearest heart? ;)

Love ALL of your faces (that's all members' faces, NOT the many faces of the Skett-beast). Mwa xxxx

Future us will be very forgiving and very understanding of our inaction.
Our brain chips, gene enhancements and drug combos will take care of that :) why stress about how past us got us to here when you can just enjoy the post human bliss of Bill Gates' life's work. Heil Gates.

To my mind as well, the trails have been less obvious. Though as you say, Abs, they're still about. You can't help but speculate these crazy vivid sunrises/sets are trail related can you and i do think there's more of these spectacular sunrises/sets nowadays.

Here's a bit about the Cornish mass fish deaths:
www.piratefm.co.uk/news/latest-news/2179...ered-with-dead-fish/
More dead fish have washed up in Cornwall - on a different beach.

At the beginning of December, Pirate FM told you about thousands littering the shore at Pentewan.

Now more have beached at Marazion - and were discovered by a dog walker on Saturday.

David Hughes spotted them at low tide and strangely, revealed seagulls and his dog did not seem to want to go near them.

David said: "Just got back from a walk on the beach at Marazion, Cornwall and noticed thousands of fish which I believe to be Mackerel washed up on the beach at low tide.

"Interestingly, the seagulls were not interested in these fish even though they looked very fresh and our boxer dog did not even try to eat them?"

I have also noticed that the trails up there are way less obvious.... Only very few of them or none at all, quite often they're "hidden" behind a cloud. But the sky is way less hazy too. Few years ago it was very weird to see any starts and there isn't that much light pollution here, this autumn/winter has had a lot of very clear nights. It seems that either the trails aren't doing the haze-shield any more or they're somehow more advanced and less visible.

webcamsdemexico.com/webcam-ixtapa#

Click on the webcams option and a drop down menu opens with where all the cameras are in Mexico. It's good because you can play about with it. Gives you the birdseye view and the direction the cameras are facing. Up option for sunrise, down for sunset...and best slowed down to 5 in my opinion.

A daily view in timelapse. Once you get the hang of it it can become quite addictive :emb:

Its worth spending some time on if you dont have the option of open skies or have lots of light pollution.

About chemtrails... This thread got me thinking when was the last time I saw a persistent trail in the sky, I think I saw one, just one, few weeks ago. Nothing since. Today I saw plenty of planes flying on their typical path and altitude, going one after another just like they always do. Contrails only, short ones, disappearing in seconds just like in the old days. We've got almost perfectly clear sky for days now. Stars have been really beautiful and numerous, just like it should be on a clear night.

I'm fairly certain that there's some big change going on. Either its stopped completely or somehow disguised as those huge lingering trails which block off the sky aren't there anymore. Last time I saw some was last summer. Nothing since.

Does anyone know what that big, shiny, fella near the moon is lately? I think it's Mars but I'm not sure.

^I think its Mars.^

I haven't checked what's up there this time of year... I used to have a really good application for that, I used to check the positions of stars and planets and the names and all. That's something I need constant reminder about, names escape me so damn quickly.
