I used to live in the middle east and tbh they can't organise a piss up in a brewery over there.
So its not surprising there's all the crap going on but I have to say, they'd be amongst the easiest manipulated people around.

True, not as much as that lot though, just about everything they have in the way of infrastructure etc was provided by the west.

Pretty hard to argue the west isnt easily manipulated either. I cant believe there could be a war that doesnt involve the west...I kid I kid....the US will get in there somehow.

I'm just making wild guesses about how its gonna pan out with maybe syria getting sorted by a 'local' crowd rather than the US.

Don't we know it! The US is probably already involved, supplying both sides with weapons and false information on the other party.

Six jets were sent to the area in response to three such incidents on Saturday, the statement said, adding that there was no violation of Turkish airspace.

Last month, Syrian forces shot down a Turkish jet in the border area.

So if it's above Turkey it's Turkish airspace, if it's above Syria it's border area. BBC at it's best!

Hopefully it won't kick off until I've finished my holiday in Turkey! :roll:

It's great here... can't imagine many of the locals wanting to get involved in much of a rumble. (football maybe!)

They're forced into national service here though... one big fat army ready to be manipulated.
