I call it good, honest policing - they're no longer going to pretend they give a shit when you've been burgled or something. The public can be satisfied they know where they stand as opposed to being deluded somebody is actually trying to catch the person who stole their car or whatever. The hours saved by the police no longer having to waste time feeding people bullshit about giving a fuck will free them to spend more time beating up protestors, eating donuts and safeguarding the powerful.

The police are really good and qualified in Chicago, but they need help in stabilizing areas in a non violent way and not overlooking the normal law abiding citizens needs

Almost all of the thousands of murders in Chicago over the last 4 years are in the ghetto were tribal warfare is taking place over rap music.

It's about drug money and sex, and territorial control of neighborhoods .
