That's really good stuff. This really is an issue that people need to pay attention to because it's so fundamental to human health, and yet the data is so clear cut against the practice of adding fluoride to water. There are so many arguments against it for which there are no valid responses whatsoever that it's just absurd.

It seems to me to be one of those topics where people just seem to glaze over when you mention it. A bit like 9/11 or chemtrails...I suppose it really is easier for some people to not know.

Does anybody even have a definitive answer on additives in the UK? There are websites and resources, but who really knows?

Not all the UK is fluoridated artificially, theres some areas where calcium fluoride levels are high so they don't get treated.
AFAIK the main areas fluoridated are the north east, merseyside and parts of the midlands iirc?

We don't have flu­o­ri­dated water here. I have no idea if it occurs naturally here.

More people seem to use flouride free toothpaste these days.

Same here, in Finland, ALL tap water is fluoride free... And as far as I know, they don't put much anything into it in here... But there's always huge cellphonemasts near watertowers.

I tyhink my town(Imatra) and north Karelia has the best tapwater I've ever tasted.

Mains tap water is at least treated for stuff like cryptosporidium with chlorine etc.
Especially if it comes from a surface reservoir...which most of the UK does have actually.
Its ironic really to think how bloody vulnerable UK water is.

It's a goddamn disgrace how our waters are being poisoned... And then they come to us to tell "it's all for your own good" Right... In here the tapwater does not smell at all, tastes quite fresh, not so good as real groundwater, but quite close. In Helsinki, there's some stuff in the water, it smells and tastes metallic, almost if it's bit sour or something? I don't know what it is, but I hate Helsinki tapwater..

Well that's a new one; the only "accepted" view (see also, conventional science, MSM) of potential health damage of using fluoride is the calcification of the pineal gland. Maybe IQ or lack of is tied to a proper function of the pineal gland and release of melatonin while we sleep? Probably.

Calcium fluoride is OK, sodium fluoride is toxic waste. It's junk science that says "Look, their both fluoride right?" and says things like it's good for our teeth, etc. They know it's harmful, they've studied it's effects. At the very least, they do it because it makes money for those concerned. And we know they could care less if it makes people unhealthy as long as they get paid. They add it to something that is as elemental as drinking water, and used a massive campaign of propaganda to sell it to us. The propaganda is so effective that a lot of people won't even consider that it's unhealthy because "4 out of 5 dentists" say it's good for your teeth.

It's the insidiousness of adding it to drinking water and toothpaste that makes me think there is definitely something more to it than just making money. They really want to make sure that people are absorbing this crap. Getting back to the OP, maybe this was a long term project to aid in the massive dumbing down of the population.

Isn't fluoride also quite effective as sedative agent? dumb down, make them passive drones, who accept anything with ease... I think that's the main point of adding fluoride here and there.

Was it that calcium fluoride is natural? Sodium fluoride is a byproduct of making.... what ever it was?

Not sure about my area. The water does taste like crap though. I have to drink it when I've got no pennies which is the crux of the matter, I s'pose.

Sodium Fluoride can occur naturally but its not as common as calcium fluoride, its commonly made from hexafluorosilicic acid (which is f00king deadly) .

Hexafluorosilicic acid is what gets added to water supplies, its one of the most corrosive acids known to man. Its a toxic byproduct of the aluminium and fertilizer industry which is too dangerous to tip anywhere so instead they tip it in the water...
