This is something which I am learning, and it is going to take some time but I have done it and seen my astral hands coming out of my body and the feeling I had was very out-of-this-world.

The list is endless and there is many astral realms, such as The Elemental Region, The Spiritual Realm and other places which is worth a look in too. And in this blogpost, I will give you a sure fire method to Astrally Project in less than no time at all. It will be hard, but it will work.
What one needs to do is this, lie down and use basic medidation to relax every part of your body first, you can do this by vizualising a ball of healing white light moving upwards feet towards the head, and now here is the hard bit. What one must do is this, and it is going to be hard at first, you need to keep an image in your mind for at least 15 minutes and what will happen is that you will start to see your astral fingers and then your astral body go upwards in the realms of the Astral. There are other various methods to Astrally Project, but this method seems the one I tend to work with. The Monroe method with the Rope visualization is the most well known, but I will say Astral Travel is a skill which is vital for any learner of the magickal arts. Mediums contact the dead because they are being connected to the spiritual realms and whenever I read The Secret, that book is talking about changing life via the help of the Astral. It is the Astral world, which makes the Reality world so never, ever forget it please.
As a Manifestional Experimental Occultist who is now totally Solitary in all my magickal endevours (hey if you want to know something)- I have learned all my knowledge OFFLINE and with people who are really friends OK. The only danger with Astral Projection is that the practioner might end up living in the Astral rather than the realms of the Living, and they might stop themselves from bettering themselves. In those cases, what will happen is that the Practioner will end up being reborn into a new life where they will not have this magickal gift and they will have to suffer some of life's indiginities. Anyway despite all this, I do hope that Astral Travel will studied by many, so that they can believe that their is life after death, they can have a wealthy life with a lovely love relationship, see The Elemental Kings (oh do be careful with the Salamander fire elements please), go back in time (maybe I can see Jesus for myself and see whether he was real or a work of fiction!) and much much more.
