I'm wondering if any of you sages here may be able to solve a mystery for me.

You know when you've over-worked a muscle, and it hurts? Well for the last 2 days, my right glute has been giving me hell. I've done no exercise whatsoever, and most assuredly haven't done anything lob-sidedly. So why would a bum cheek ache so much as to make one gasp and limp? :conf:

Ouch.

Could be a bit of sciatic problem. From time to time I get a sharp wire of pain from my lower back, down my butt cheek and onto my thigh.

Not nice to get. :(

Well my back & thigh have been OK, so I dunno. It's just like when you've done to much on one of those God-awful step machines at the gym - except I done nothing like that, and it's only on one side.

Is your sciatic thing a nipped nerve? How horrid for you. I hope it stops immediately & doesn't return.

I don't get it that often and it only lasts a short while. I manage to man up and not grizzle too much.
