I'm that nobody and if you're claiming you spotted that algorithm being applied in that tiny segment of slowed down countdown graphics I'm calling you a bullshitter to your mellowed-out bullshitting face.

It's an algorithm to correct errors in digital media storage and transmission, not something you'd see with your eye.
If you can detect that visually then NASA has a gig for you in its savant division Rainman.
