This thread is for information regarding new user registrations / accounts. Because guests / non-members can browse the forum, this thread can be accessed by all.

So if you are thinking about signing up, or are having technical issues with the registration process, please read through the information here.

This thread will also be updated if and when technical issues or problems arise for the registration process.

At present only registered members can post on the Sanctum Zone forum. Registering and creating an account here is a simple process, there are a number of links displayed on the site that will take you to the registration page, and filling in the required fields is relatively straight forward and self explanatory.

There are also a number of optional fields displayed as such, these are not required for creating an account here, but if you fill in any of the information, it is added to your site profile on Sanctum Zone. Members can also add this optional information at a later date if they choose to, once they are logged into the site. So there is no need to feel obligated to add the optional information when registering for an account.

Please note that a valid email address is required for all new registrations. Your account is not activated until you visit the activation link that is sent out via email after registering. No valid email address equals no activation email received...simple as that.

You will promptly receive your activation email after registering, and you can either click on the link in the email or cut and paste that link into your browser to activate your Sanctum Zone account. Dont forget to also check your spam folder(s) etc for the activation email incase you dont see it arrive in your inbox. Free email accounts like hotmail/live tend to put activation emails in the spam folder.

Once you have registered and then activated your account via the link in the received email, its just a matter of logging into the site with the username and password you created when registering, and you can then commence posting on the forum and participating in the other member areas of the Sanctum Zone site immediately.

Sanctum Zone cookie policy and the registration process.

Visitors to this site who wish to register and create an account here at Sanctum Zone will need to first accept the cookie policy when they are on this site. You will see the following text displayed on the site under the main menu...

There is also some more information in that module as well as a link to view the cookie policy, and an I ACCEPT clickable button.

You will need to click on the I ACCEPT button before commencing the registration process.

Please note that if you do not first accept the cookie policy by clicking on the I ACCEPT button, your registration attempt will fail.

You will know it has failed if you are taken to a log in page after submitting your details, and there is no information on the page about the registration being successful and information about receiving your account activation email.

Successful registration submissions will display information on the page under the menu that the registration was successful and that an activation email will be sent out. If you do not see this information, then your registration attempt hasnt gone through.

If users are experiencing persistent problems or issues with registering for a new account, if registration attempts arent successful...then you can contact us directly and the admin team will look into it.

Contacting Sanctum Zone administrators

For those who are having issues with the registration process here, or for any other questions, there is a contact form available...when you submit the contact form it will be promptly received by site administrators here.

So please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to help you out.

The contact form is the preferred method for any questions or issues you may have.

The form is accessible from the main site menu, just scroll over "Contact" and the contact forum link will drop down, click on the link and you will see the form.

As a second contact option, we also have a public Blastchat chatroom which is accessible from the main menu, Live Chat. Either the PC foyer link or the Mobile device link will take you to the public room, choose the right link for your device.

You dont have to be a member here to access the chatroom, just punch in a username of your choice and you are in.

While we cant guarantee that there will be anyone in the chatroom at the time to help you out, you can still check it out and post a message in there, someone may be in there who can directly help you out.

Ok, the last post in this thread was 4 years ago.

Posting here to inform that as of now, new users / newcomers are unable to register on the Sanctum Zone site, pending further notice.

The site has been restored from a backup file onto a different server, and various site functions are not in working order at this time.
