I agree, it is doing just fine without any kind of moderation ATM, however, I can see it all being blown to bits by one or two posters (in the future who sign up, not any current posters)... in which case, moderation would be needed and be in place already to handle that. Also moderation needed in the way of...keeping everyone in line when they start to get out of line as does happen when people get in heated debates and moody, past present and future posters.

Back on the topic... are there any other nominations to come in? If so, do so because I am going to start contacting those who have not voiced if they will or not here.
