Being considerate and respectful to others is a good thing surely. If we have an online community with people of different ethnicities, sexualities and religious beliefs, surely it is just good manners and common decency to moderate your own behaviour and to try not make offensive remarks about these things.

Even though we're online, real life people with real lives and emotions are behind all these words and I think it's important to remember this fact.

dubs I guess what I consider to be labeled as truth movement are people who fall into these generalisations.

1. Anti-War people or humans that practice any form of pacifism... :peace:

2. Lower and middle income people who are having problems living in a rich mans world.

3. Anti-Monarchy people who wan't to make a stand against people who are born wealthy.

4. People who are trying to live off the Grid. (Organic home grown hippie types)

5. Those who are for a more free world with less surveillance (Anti-Police State)

The truth has killed the truth movement.
The meanings that are the most directly practical are the ones that are sacrificed: the flavor, aroma and touch are abolished to the profit of the delusions that permanently lead sight and hearing astray.

You get Monarchists and people with mortgages in the truth movement, there is definitely an anti-immigration consensus imo, a very strong reactionary tendency, Ron Paul and UKIP are popular in the truth movement, i think you're right it's lower and middle income people feeling the squeeze of cuts to services and wages, but there's a lot of false consciousness with origins in the order of things, they blame certain races, small sects, organs (bilderbergs/freemasons) rather than rigorously analyzing the whole system, like we just have to ensure "no jews can own media or banking companies" or "abolish freemasonry" and life in a capitalist and economically motivated world will miraculously begin to improve, or exist more morally, or something, the CIA has historically contributed to "the truth movement" with reactionary, anti-communist, anti-semitic propaganda like that before i don't think it's unreasonable to suggest they still do [although the nature of that propaganda in the 60's spawned a whole industry based around it so it's way out of their direct control, they may debrief operatives or something, in Icke's case I think Desborough was a handler.

"The Truth®" is a big business now with loads feeding people what they want to hear and cashing in.
That's why you get the likes of Icke and Jones linking up.
It's just another commercial joint venture, where they mutually benefit from each others core audience.

It's prime for disinfo as well because if you can get people to blame some other element of society or look to the sky for salvation they're distracted enough to keep getting their pockets dipped by the ones they should have been watching all along.

Do you think the Disinfo is intentional or just peoples crazy opinions?

I reckon disinfo is definiately intentional purely to keep people confused, therefore eliminating the amount who actually find out some solid truths.

Yes, indeed. And the fact that you pointed this out means you will be accused of "silencing discussions on race" and being a "pro-Israeli", "pro-immigration" " anti-white" and so on.

The problem is not sensitivity imho the problem is that there is no 'truth'.

The 'truth' is often merely what people want it to be - you can give 10 people exactly the same piece of information and get 10 different interpretations of it. Most people who start looking into conspiracies do not do so because they think the world is perfect - they come to conspiracy with a preconceived notion that 'something is not right' - sometimes that preconceived notion includes a 'why' things are not right. Examples include - lack of adherence to a certain religion, corrupt governments, big business having too much control, the banking system, the system of law, multiculturalism, feminism, aliens - the list is almost endless.

In amongst those who turn to conspiracy for answers are people willing to 'sell' their version of the 'truth' and who wish to gain followers for their particular version of the 'truth' - more voices = more power - so you get a lot groups who offer up entirely unsavoury ideologies as an alternative to the mainstream. Unfortunately in their need to explain why shit happens you get folks who 'buy' into these alternatives - who then appear to stop searching for 'truth' and start using only information with confirmation bias.

Any 'answer' that is not inclusive imho is no answer at all. There appears to be far too many people in the 'truth movement' who are motivated by the need to impose their world view on others - by a need to change the world to suit them.

I do not believe that I am over sensitive for speaking out against those who would like to see borders defined by the colour of peoples skin - I do not believe I am over sensitive for speaking out against those who would like to enforce who people should love or have consensual sex with - I do not believe I am over sensitive for speaking out against those who would have me believe that life would be perfect if we were to eradicate a whole section of society due to their religious affiliation - In finding some of the rhetoric used and ideologies pushed by some in the 'truth world' abhorrent I feel that I am reacting on a human level to inhumane posturings.

There will always be those who want all the trouble because sometimes those who have the ability to help actually dont
There will also be those who who look like they are trying to help whilst living the life they are so fundamentally trying to say is wrong.

I would suggest being careful of people that claim that "nothing can be done", "nobody can be trusted" and "there's no point because human nature is what it is".

Especially the latter: psycopaths work hard to imitate the rest of the population and their narcicism leads them to believe that they are clever enough to hide their evil deeds. Some of them even convince themselves that they are just "ahead of the curve" and that ultimately we are all selfish, cruel and morally bankrupt.

This is in spite of the overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Hence when that evidence is presented they have to discredit it and the notion itself by telling us that "such is the way of the World" and seeding doubt amongst us.

After all, it is a lot harder to spot a evil bastard if he/she has us thinking that we are all evil bastards. Likewsie it is a lot easier for a predator to hide itself, if it can blend in to the surroundings.

I am reminded of the warning William Blakw left: The crow wish'd every thing was black, the owl, that every thing was white.
